BBB Spotlight: The Perfect Car Buying Experience

Most dealers work hard to provide an excellent customer experience. Dealers that receive fewer complaints prioritize two things: 1) having sales people that appreciate the size of the customer investment and 2) work to be transparent. However, there is more to the car buying experience equation that should be considered.
We have assembled a forum to present BBB data and hear panel discussion from representatives from the auto industry, all in an effort to move closer to the perfect car buying experience.
