The American Stroke Foundation and The University of Kansas Health System are partnering to provide a free monthly stroke education series featuring the region’s leading stroke specialists.
The third session, “The Healing Brain: Memory Assessment and Attention Skills,” is 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, in Room B at the Sylvester Powell Jr. Community Center in Mission, Kan. Caleb Pearson, PsyD, will speak. Space is limited. Register by calling (913) 649-1776 or go to americanstroke.org. This speaker series is part of the American Stroke Foundation’s Next Step program.
