Event Description:
Join genKC as our panel of business professionals discuss the benefits and hardships of working and collaborating intergenerationally. Representing three workforce generations, our panel discussion, guided by expert Rockhurst University Professor Acey Lampe, will engage participants and speak to issues and harmonies experienced between current young professionals and their supervisors and company executives. Attendees will also learn a little about what to expect as future generations enter the workforce and how we will be able to more effectively work together.
