Event Description:

Our world is made up of people under pressure, coping with stress and overwhelmed by commitments. As a part of the new normal, we often overlook the negative impact these things are having on our mental and physical health, overall wellbeing, as well as our ability to bounce back from difficulties. While there will always be challenges, both personally and professionally, many employees lack the skills necessary to be resilient.

Neuroscientific studies continue to mount in support of the physical and psychological benefits of mindfulness and its positive impact on employees, culture and even a company’s bottom line.

Join Robin Todd, of Mindful Momentum, to highlight the science, the value of investing and the simplicity of educating and empowering employees with the habits necessary to be resilient.
