As a part of the new normal, we often overlook the negative impact these things are having on our mental and physical health, overall wellbeing, as well as our ability to bounce back from difficulties. While there will always be challenges, both personally and professionally, many employees lack the skills necessary to be resilient.
Neuroscientific studies continue to mount in support of the physical and psychological benefits of mindfulness and its positive impact on employees, culture and even a company’s bottom line.
