Healthy KC Q1 Networking Forum: Aligned Purpose: Democratizing Leadership, Performance, and Wellbeing

We have been challenged. Novel obstacles require maneuvering as organizations that are resilient and ready for the future. Currently, the work-world faces extraordinary challenges caused by COVID-19- including social isolation, hybrid work situations, and how to think about employee health and wellbeing in situational upheaval.

Please join Amy Castillo, CEO and Executive Director of Ability KC, and Jack Bastable, President & Founder of Vital Leadership, LLC, two of Kansas City's recognized leaders in efforts to impact health and productivity though innovative workforce strategies. They will discuss research and work culture examples that promote all individuals and teams to practice leadership when supported by an ethos of wellbeing. Dan McDonough, President of the Kansas City Chapter of Culture Ambassadors, will moderate the morning activities.
