Micha has dedicated her coaching practice to organizational empowerment through effective leadership and communication. She helps individuals first understand themselves, and then lean into their leadership and communication strategies to encourage openness, belonging, and a positive organizational culture.
As a bi-racial woman of the LGBTQ community, Micha is passionate about helping organizations dive into tough conversations in a way that develops understanding, growth, and collaboration.
