This event is open exclusively to members of the Spring Start Centurions.
The Strategic Leadership Symposium at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College (CGSC) will focus on how leaders may face complex decisions with long-term consequences. The focus will be on strategic leadership skills and how those are applicable across industries in business and in life.
CGSC's mission is to educate and develop leaders for full-spectrum join, interagency, and multinational operations; act as lead agent for the Army's leader development programs; and advance the art and science of the profession of arms in support of Army operational requirements.
7:30 a.m. Meet at Union Station
8:00 a.m. Bus departs promptly for CGSC
9:00-9:20 a.m. Tour of the fort
9:30-11:00 a.m. War Game simulation
11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Tour of the Command and General Staff College
12-12:45 p.m. Lunch at the Frontier Conference Center and talk by retired LTG Rich Keller
12:45 p.m. Depart CGSC for Union Station
