Tom Balsley, FASLA is a nationally renowned landscape architect whose NYC practice, SWA/Balsley, is best known for its fusion of landscape, urbanism, and sustainability into award-winning landscapes that connect people with place, each other, and the current culture of civic life. Working in the parks, plazas, and waterfronts of cities across the U.S, his pioneering and exploratory work pushes the limits of design to create transformative and provocative urban landscapes of social, cultural, and environmental significance.

Kansas City metro native Leonard Graham, a Registered Professional Engineer, has served as Co-Owner and President of Taliaferro & Browne (T&B), Inc. for nearly 30 years. T&B, a consulting, engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying firm, has been serving the metro area since 1968. Leonard previously served as co-chair of the Central Business Corridor Transit Study, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Downtown Kansas City Community Improvement District, the Board of Directors of the Downtown Council, and the Board of Directors of the Kansas City Main Street Rail Transportation Development District.

Daniel Serda is a city planner specializing in urban design, economic development, and stakeholder-driven community planning. He currently serves as a project manager at the Greater Kansas City Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) for the Kansas City Catalytic Urban Revitalization (KC-CUR) strategy, a joint partnership between the Mid-America Regional Council, Urban Neighborhood Initiative, and LISC. In this role, Dr. Serda works with business and property owners, residents and community development organizations to advance redevelopment plans and guiding principles in each of four underserved priority investment areas.

Since 2017, Dr. Serda also has served as Chairperson of the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) Board of Commissioners.
