Pat directs Teamalytics consulting and business practice area providing leadership solutions to multinational corporations, both in the United States and around the world. Pat spent eight seasons playing professional baseball for the Philadelphia Phillies and Milwaukee Brewers from 1988-1996. As a collegiate athlete, Pat represented the United States with Team USA, winning the gold medal at the Seoul Olympics.
