T-Mobile completed the acquisition of Sprint on April 1\, 2020. As a result\, the organization has been working through the integration of these two companies at the same time as a global pandemic. Deeanne will shed light how the organization has been working through these moments while focusing on a people first culture and delivering strong financial results.\n\n\n\nDeeanne King is executive vice president and chief human resources officer at T-Mobile. As the top people person\, she is responsible for supercharging people practices\, amplifying development\, strengthening the Un-carrier culture and enhancing employee workplace experience so all employees can be their best. Her teams attract\, inspire and retain a customer obsessed workforce by being obsessed with their employees. Most importantly\, they create a sense of diversity\, safety and belonging for all\, every day. Deeanne brings more than 30 years of experience in senior leadership roles across multiple functions from her time at Sprint. Most recently she served as Sprint's chief human resources officer\, where she was a strong advocate for employee learning and development and was credited for transforming the company culture into a vibrant place to work. Before her human resources role\, Deeanne served as the senior vice president of omnichannel operations and customer experience. Her other leadership positions at Sprint included training\, talent development\, employee relationship management\, call center operations\, and staff operations in the CEO office. Deeanne earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in computer information systems from Baylor University. She's also participated in Georgetown University's Strategic Business Leadership Series\, Duke University's Executive Leadership Program\, and KPMG's Executive Women's Leadership Forum. Deeanne is married and has two children. If she's not busy working in Bellevue\, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs\, or relaxing on a beach\, you'll find her chilling with her husband on their back porch in Kansas.
