McCownGordon Named Construction Manager for Swiss Re Office Renovation

McCownGordon Construction was recently selected to provide Construction Management at Risk Services for the renovation of office space on four floors of One Kansas City Place – downtown Kansas City, Missouri’s tallest office building. The project will create office space to for the firm’s area operations workforce which includes about 400 professionals.

The office renovation kicked off in late April with demolition on floors six through nine of One Kansas City Place. Construction began in May and is expected to be complete in the Fall of 2018. When complete, there will be 70,000 square feet of leasable space.
