Welcome New Members to the Bread & Butter Concepts Team

We are thrilled to welcome three new members to the Bread & Butter Concepts corporate team. Both Cindy Eddelman and Brian Cole have joined Bread & Butter Concepts as Sales & Marketing Managers to build catering and group/private dining sales, and to grow the Bread & Butter Concepts brands. Cindy has her degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and comes to Bread & Butter concepts with 20 years experience in the hospitality industry within both sales and operations. Brian brings with him seven years of catering sales experience and has extensive knowledge with corporate catering sales. He has a great reputation for building relationships with customers. Emily Farris joined Bread & Butter Concepts as Community Manager, and will oversee social media. In addition to her experience in marketing, Emily’s food writing and photography have appeared in Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, TastingTable, and Food52.
