Scott Nehrbass
Foulston Siefkin LLP
Partner
I have been practicing for over 20 years in both Kansas and Missouri. I am an experienced trial lawyer and business litigator. Most of my trials have been on the Kansas side of the Kansas City metro area, primarily in federal court, Johnson County, or Wyandotte County, but I have also tried cases in Clay County.  My most recent trial in February 2019 was in Kansas federal court and resulted in a $12.6 million verdict for my clients.  Because I tend to handle more complex matters, most of my trials last weeks, not days, and some have been several weeks long. I'm in Best Lawyers and have been chosen as Lawyer of the Year on the Kansas side in Intellectual Property Litigation and in Personal Injury Defense. I became a lawyer because I like to help people solve problems, and that desire to help others continues to drive my passion for the practice of law.

Sarah serves a wide range of clients in contract disputes, including global, regional, and local businesses. She also represents businesses and employees in disputes involving breach of noncompete, nonsolicitation, and nondisclosure agreements.

160 Driving Academy
Kansas City Branch Manager
Hi I am the Branch manager of 160 Driving Academy. We are a national Class A Truck Driving School with 60 locations nationwide. I am responsible for all of the daily activities of running the office here in midtown KCMO.
160 Driving Academy was established in 2012 and has had a branch here in KCMO sine late 2017. I became the branch manager in Jan of 2019. I hope to be able to network and have a working relationship with other companies here in the KC area that are looking to have potential employees either trained as CDL drivers or whom might be interested in hiring our graduates as employees after they have completed the course.
I welcome anyone to come by and see me at 3427 Main St KCMO 64111 and say hello. We are open Mon-Fri from 8am until 430pm. I am very happy to be a part of such a great organization by joining the KC Chamber of Commerce and to be a vital part of the KCMO community.
