Healthy KC Mentor Networking Event

Healthy KC's Workplace Wellness Action Team has established a Mentor Program that is open to all Healthy KC Certified Companies. The Mentor Program aims to connect employers that wish to grow and further advance their workplace wellness practices by learning what other organizations are doing. Healthy KC established a Mentor program because we know one of the best ways for all of us to learn and improve is first, being curious about what other employers are doing and second, our willingness to share our experiences with other employers.

You have the choice of serving as a Mentor or in some cases a Mentee. It may be that you have achieved a high score in one area and willing to share with other employers what you are doing, or you have scored low in one area and you would like to find out what other employers who have scored higher in that area are doing.

To facilitate the opportunity for Healthy KC Certified Companies to learn, Healthy KC is hosting a networking and learning event for employers interested in the Mentor Program. Please join us for networking, drinks, light hors d’oeuvres, and a raffle prize!
