Isaac Lee Collins is a community entrepreneur, business coach, and speaker. He started his
entrepreneurial journey fresh out of college at 23 years old. Fast forward eleven years and Isaac
has had the honor of owning 7 for-profit businesses and one nonprofit in a variety of industries
from brick-and-mortar food, real estate investing, construction, health supplements, kid’s yoga,
to professional services. Currently, Isaac owns three Yogurtini Self-Serve Frozen Yogurt stores
(Plaza, Shoal Creek, and Overland Park locations), Superhero Yoga (a kid’s yoga nonprofit),
and his business coaching company called Streamlined Profit Academy.
Isaac moved back to Kansas City in 2015 when he purchased his first Yogurtini. People ask him
why Yogurtini. He loves Yogurtini because it is an amazing community builder. You see such a
diverse grouping of people come in to share great conversation over a cup of FroYo: all ages,
races, and classes. It’s a fun business that puts smiles on faces.
After 10 years of entrepreneurship, Isaac began business coaching through Streamlined Profit
Academy to share his experiences and help other business owners achieve success.
In his free time, you can find Isaac spending quality time with his wife Rachel and two kids,
Sage Emery and Isaac V.
Isaac is a Big Brothers Big Sisters and Black Excellence KC Board Member. He’s also a part of
Big Brothers Big Sisters Corporate Club.
