What are the goals of the criminal justice system in KC? How do those goals relate to KC's homicide rate? What are the drivers of crime in our region? What are some other things that account for the high homicide rate in KC? How do we break the cycle of homicide in KC? We will take a look at both sides - the perspective of those committing crimes as well as the system's perspective to get a broader view and understanding of these multifaceted issues.
