Both have important boards to help set strategy and govern their work - boards of directors, advisory boards, regulatory boards, commissions, etc. And both rely on volunteer leadership to function. Attend this session to learn more about the types of boards, responsibilities of board members, and issues related to boards in Kansas City, and to hear advice and experiences from inspiring board leaders.
