This event is open to Fall Start Centurions only.
Learning how to foster an environment insulated from that polarization where we can learn from one another despite our different political persuasions is critical to our leadership development. Mary Sanchez and David Oliver will guide us through a discussion on how we can do better and provide a better example for others.
It is imperative to foster an environment where different opinions and ideas are respected. But that challenge is not unique to Centurions. The consequences of a polarized political climate are evident in all types of organizations - from the companies where we work to the boards where we serve.
Lunch is provided.
