Event Description:
Join us for the first event in the Behavioral Health Action Team's new series "Empowering Conversations." This event will focus on Reducing Stigma around Leave. How can employers recognize when someone needs help? What can employers do when an employee is taking leave? How can teams support a colleague on leave?

We'll cover the basics from a compliance lens, learn from a manager on how leaders can take action, and hear a case study on culture and compassion fatigue in the workplace. In addition to Q&A with the presenters, attendees will get the opportunity to visit resource tables focused on underrepresented reasons for employee leave.
