Appreciation in Action: How Gratitude Impacts our Community and our Businesses 

Since the pandemic began, many employers and employees have been in survival mode, focusing on how to transition to work-from-home, keep employees safe and engaged, and on ensuring that business stayed moving. Now, after our Q2 discussion on our “New Normal” and returning to the office, employers and employees alike have a moment to take a breath, ponder what it means to be grateful and re-engage in the Kansas City Community through action.

What role does gratitude play in the successful workplace? How does this translate to caring for the community at-large?
