Event Description:
Join KC Crew and Maps Coffee & Chocolate for a happy hour and lesson in chocolate making!
Vincent, owner and chocolatier at MAPS Coffee & Chocolate, will share the process of making hand made chocolates, roasting, winnowing, refining, recipe standards, tempering, and moulding. During the class you'll get an educational presentation and great hands-on experience to the wonderful thing that is cacao and chocolate! At the end of the presentation, you'll get to put your newly-learned skills to test and make some chocolate of your own!
Before the chocolate making, enjoy Chocolate Milk Stout from 4 Hands Brewing Company along with snacks!
How It Works & What's Included:
