Join Healthy KC for the next workshop in our series on Mental Health. This workshop series is accompanying the "Mental Health at Work" guide published by Healthy KC, to make the information in the guide actionable and individualized.
Data shows that 81% of workers surveyed say that employers' support for mental health is likely to be an important consideration when looking for future employment and is key to the retention of current employees. The time is now for employers to create a Mental Health Action Plan.
Create an ACTION plan for addressing workplace mental health. Attendees will connect with organizations and leaders ready to help you individualize your workplace's mental health plan. This session is designed to be creative and interactive to provide the most value to you and your organization. Attendees will have the opportunity to dive deep into topics such as: DEI, Tools and Vendor Management, Equipping Leaders, and Workplace Culture. The "Mental Health at Work: Take Action" Guide can be found
here. Commit to starting or continuing a discussion about workplace mental health in your organization.
Please note it is not required for attendees to have attended the first workshop to attend this workshop. All organizations are welcome, whether you bring experience or are starting from scratch. We encourage you to bring an additional member of your team to join. All attendees will receive a hard copy of the "Mental Health at Work: Take Action" guide at the event. Our final workshop will be on November 2.
