Our BBQ Academy course is made for you! Gather your culinary team of four for a fun and fast-paced journey into the art and science of BBQ. You’ll visit different stations scattered across the golf course, where you’ll master the tools of the trade, explore the differences between hot-n-fast and low-n-slow techniques, and learn how to create the greatest grilling and BBQ dishes you’ve ever tasted.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Camp OBR, our 190-acre retreat on the Lake of the Ozarks built to serve our Military, Veterans, Families of the Fallen, First Responders, and their families.
