The P3 Art-A-Thon is a 4 hour arts and mental health/wellness event highlighting the work of artists who have had experience with trauma or mental distress. Poetry for Personal Power has always asked the question "What do you do to overcome adversity?"

Join artists from around the country as they share their lived experience through a variety of art forms with stories of mental distress, encouragement, and information.
