Polsinelli Presents 2-hour Ethics

Please join us as Polsinelli's General Council, Doug Laird, presents a 2-hour ethics program. The program will comprehensively address the Duty of Communication set out in Rule 1.4 in the Rules of Professional Conduct as well as discussing that rule’s interplay with Rule 1.2 about the division of authority between lawyer and client, and the rules concerning communications about legal services in Rules 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3. The program will cover practical situations to explore how to comply with the rules in everyday situations.
