First Hour:  A Scattershot Examination of Current Legal Ethical Issues - Clients and Lawyers and Who Can Say What
The ethical process of interacting with prospective clients and the preparation of witnesses for testimony are two of the topics of this hour.  The special problems when a lawyer is a witness and the legal ethical principles concerning trial publicity and gag orders will also be covered.

*Second Hour:  Efforts to Prevent Racism in the Courtrooms of America 
The focus of this hour is racism in the courtroom and whether the current and past efforts to prevent such behavior have been successful.
* This hour is designed to qualify for Diversity Equity and Inclusion, and Bias CLE credit.
