Is your company looking for business, science, computing, and engineering students in the Kansas City area? Don't miss your opportunity to recruit and hire top student talent from UMKC! This in-person industry fair is your best opportunity to market your open job and internship opportunities to current undergraduate and graduate students, and alumni.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Companies looking to hire local, diverse, and qualified undergraduate and graduate students studying business, science, computing, or engineering. This industry fair is also open to alumni who are working or are interested in business, science, computing, and engineering industries.
INDUSTRY FAIR PACKAGE OPTIONS
Industry fair fees go toward providing career and professional development programming for students.
In-Person Package: includes two (2) company representatives, an 8' table with chairs, lunch and parking
- Standard: $500
- Non-Profit & Government: $250
- Standard: $500

- Includes designated, sponsored table in lunch area with seat for one company rep; company logo prominently displayed at lunch table and in all marketing materials
- Employer may add up to one (1) additional 8' table; please add this item to your registration
- Additional reps: employers may bring up to 2 additional representatives for a total of 4 reps at no cost
- Electricity: access to an electrical outlet is free; please add this item to your registration if needed
- Raffle prizes: consider donating a raffle prize! Prizes can be a company branded item or gift card, and students will be chosen at random unless otherwise specified.
DEADLINES
- Registration Deadline: September 8, 2022 by 5 pm CST
- Payments for all registrations are due by September 30
- Non-refundable registration fee after September 8, 2022
DRESS CODE
Employers are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear company branded apparel. Students are encouraged to dress professionally, but it is not a requirement to attend.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Non-refundable registration fee after September 8, 2022. All cancellations must be submitted in writing and sent to eneuberger@umkc.edu. No refunds will be issued if your organization registered, but did not participate in the event. All fees must be paid in full, no later than September 30, 2022.
