This webinar for National Autism Month seeks to support efforts to hire, recruit, retain, and advance workers with disabilities, particularly workers on the autism spectrum and other neurodivergent workers.
Presenter: Dr. Scott Robertson, Senior Policy Advisor, U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP)
Dr. Robertson will highlight the key focus of employment as a social determinant of health, which bears great importance in the current new normal. He will define and describe neurodiversity at work and neurodivergence before discussing key strategies for employers to support talented neurodivergent workers to drive business missions.
