Event Description:
Shawnee Mission Health is hosting our October, 2017 Yoga in the City session. Bring your yoga mat and a friend to join us for some fun, relaxing yoga!

Yoga in the City is a free yoga series hosted at a number of scenic venues in the Greater Kansas City region. The goal of Yoga in the City is to encourage and engage community members to be active and healthy while also showcasing organizations that value health and wellness.

Yoga in the City is sponsored by Lead Bank and Pro Athlete, Inc.

Park on the north side of the main building and enter through the doors marked "Rodgers Conference Center" OR park in the main visitors parking lot and enter through the main hospital entrance. Volunteers will escort you in finding the Rodgers Conference Center.
