Event Description:
REACH Healthcare Foundation is hosting our September, 2017 Yoga in the City session. Bring your yoga mat and a friend to join us for some fun, relaxing yoga!
Yoga in the City is a free yoga series hosted at a number of scenic venues in the Greater Kansas City region. The goal of Yoga in the City is to encourage and engage community members to be active and healthy while also showcasing organizations that value health and wellness.
In addition to yoga, Allison Edwards, MD at Kansas City Direct Primary Care, will be offering free health screenings, blood sugar measurements, and blood pressure readings.
