Job Description:
Provides structures and maintains a therapeutic environment. Possesses and/or develops the required critical skills knowledge and behaviors necessary to provide leadership for organizational growth and operational improvements. Actively participates in and provides coaching to staff regarding the performance process particularly on the shift supervised. Works in collaboration with other departments and other shifts with an emphasis on consistent and therapeutic patient care.

- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Associate Degree
