This commission-based role offers the opportunity to earn an average of $10,000 per month in commissions.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new roofing, windows, siding, and gutter projects through various sales strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Handle the insurance restoration process, including assessing storm damage, working with insurance adjusters, and advocating for the homeowner.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to keep them informed and satisfied throughout the project.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to company management.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of generating and closing deals.
- Knowledge of the insurance restoration process and experience working with insurance claims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
