First Consulting and Administration, Inc. is excited to announce and welcome Bruce L. Eschbach, CLU, FLMI, AIRC as their newest Consultant. Bruce’s background includes work from Compliance Analyst through Compliance Director/Officer.

Bruce has over 37 years of insurance compliance experience. Bruce’s home office experience includes compliance for small, medium and large life and health insurers, in both domestic and international organizations.
Bruce has extensive experience in corporate compliance, market conduct compliance and establishing effective compliance programs.
