Equity Bank Puts On Their Red Shoes For Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City is pleased to announce Equity Bank as the presenting sponsor for its upcoming Red Shoe Shindig on September 23.
"Equity Bank is proud to give back to the communities where we live and work, so we are delighted to be involved in this event and the broad impact it has on sick children and their families staying at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City,” said Mark Parman, president of Equity Bank in Kansas City.
Red Shoe Shindig is set for Saturday, September 23, at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Mo. The event, emceed by Jennifer Bertrand and 41 Action News’ Lindsay Shively, will feature silent and live auctions, live music and loads of red shoes. It is the single largest fundraiser for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City (RMHC-KC), raising more than $500,000 last year.
“It is incredibly thrilling to have the support of Equity Bank,” said Tami Greenberg, CEO of RMHC-KC. “Our mission is about keeping families together with their sick children so they can feel the support and love of family in the worst of times, and Equity Bank is allowing us to do this in the best possible way with their sponsorship.”
All proceeds from the Red Shoe Shindig will keep families close to their sick children at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City.
