The Raphael Hotel announces Craig Schroeder as new general manager

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 23, 2018) – The Raphael Hotel announces the hiring of its new general manager Craig Schroeder. He is responsible for the successful marketing of The Raphael and Chaz on the Plaza and overall operations of the hotel. Schroeder is tasked with continuing the streak of The Raphael placing in the top 1% of the Autograph Collection and #1 hotel in Kansas City on Tripadvisor.       
 
Prior to joining The Raphael Hotel, Schroeder served as the general manager of Courtyard by Marriott in Midland, Texas. While holding this position, he received the Marriott Diamond General Manager of the Year award and his hotel was also honored with a silver award for its outstanding guest satisfaction scores. Throughout his 13 years as a hotel general manager, Schroeder has also worked with Hyatt Place Topeka, Hyatt Place Greenville, Courtyard by Marriott in Kentucky and Courtyard Marriott in Jackson, Mississippi.
 
Schroeder believes that people are the most important asset to any team and feels his management style promotes associate growth and personal development. His goal is to maintain happy associates that will inevitably translate to happy guests.
