Russell, and since then has grown into a nationally ranked professional services firm providing construction and development services across the country. Headquartered in Davenport, IA with offices in St. Louis and Kansas City, Russell has delivered more than $3 billion in projects across 33 states.

Russell’s Kansas City office was established through acquisitions of long-term local General Contractors Merit Construction (est. 1991) and Manning Construction (est. 1995). These partnerships, alongside Russell’s depth of resources, financial stability, and in-house service capabilities, have catapulted Russell’s growth in the Kansas City metro area – and beyond!

Located in Overland Park, KS, Russell’s Kansas City office is staffed with dedicated team members who have been, and continue to be, engrained in the local KC metro and surrounding areas.
